On request of MTC, Buyer shall provide MTC with evidence of authority to produce such likeness. Buyer agrees to hold MTC free and harmless from all liability and indemnify MTC for any loss, damage or injury, which MTC, may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the Buyer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by MTC as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the Buyer.
15. Entire Agreement — These Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Statement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us in relation to its subject matter and supersedes any and all prior promises, representations, agreements, statements and understandings whatsoever between us.
